During my appointment, Rand-Rae made me feel comfortable during each step. I loved how communicative she was, not leaving me to guess what was going on up there on my head, or what the outcome would be. This is important to me as someone who has invested in extensions for 4 years knows how each stylist can do things differently.
Randi Rae is extremely meticulous in her work. She is very smart, talented, poised and professional. Not only that, but she is the sweetest person ever. She made me feel welcomed in a new area and sometimes that's rare to find in a high-end salon environment.
Not only that, but Randi-Rae has thought of everything when it comes to a full service salon. There are laptop stands, chargers, snacks and drinks to ensure you have everything you could need. This was extremely helpful during my long appointment.
I would definitely return and cannot thank her enough for welcoming me with open arms into MELTED!
