Hi! i am a Nashville native who is truly living my dream of doing hair. When I'm not in the salon you can find me baking yummy treats, creating my next DIY project or cuddling with my cats watching all the true crime documentaries.
Ever since I was very young I knew I wanted to do hair, I even signed up for hair school when I was 15. I have always loved uplifting others and helping them feel good about themselves and watching someones confidence grow with a good color or extensions, is exactly why I love what I do.
I specialize in Concealed Extensions. I love this method because it is very easy to hide and live your normal day to day life, while able to grow out with your natural hair to ensure the best hair health.

Being a second generation stylist from southeastern Missouri, doing hair has always been a passion of mine! Moving to Nashville in 2021 to chase my dreams of becoming a luxury hairstylist.
While I specialize in blonding and extensions, I take priority in continuing my education to keep up with the fast paced industry and trends. I love learning new techniques, formulations, and styles.
When I am not in the salon I love exploring all that music city has to offer. From concerts and live music to trying the endless amounts of new restaurants and amazing shopping. I am so happy to call Nashville home!
Even though I am now in the big city, I make sure to prioritize my family back in Missouri. Going back as often as I can to spend time with them.

Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, I moved to Nashville in 2018 to attend Belmont University. It wasn’t until a couple years after college that I rekindled my love for hair. I worked in a salon for many years throughout high school and always loved the atmosphere and the way people felt when they came in to see us. I’ve always had a passion for hair, makeup and fashion and I’m thrilled to get to make my career out of it!
I have had many jobs since getting my business degree, and what I was always looking for was the opportunity to help people feel good about themselves. I strive to leave my clients feeling confident!
Outside of the salon, you can find me baking a killer banana bread, trying new local restaurants or hearing some friends play live country music!

Hey, hey!! Being a California born and raised girl, I knew it was time to spread my wings! For me, Tennessee is a breath of fresh air for my soul and opportunity to build a new life for my family. Finding Melted Salon is like finding a hidden gem in the wild.
My love for hair began as a child going to the salon with my mom and grandma - so much so, my first clients were my Barbie’s. In high school, I had the opportunity to attend cosmetology school as part of my curriculum and this is where I found my love of being behind the chair making people feel beautiful.
After 13 years in the hair industry, there is nothing better than watching a clients face light up because their vision has came to life! Making them feel more confident and beautiful every time they leave my chair. Meeting new clients, hearing about their lives, and getting to know them better each time they come in is one of the many reasons I love what I do.
My passion lies with dimensional brunettes & blondes, hair cutting (yes, even pixie cuts!) and concealed beaded row extensions.
When I’m not behind the chair, I love to be outdoors with my family, getting lost in a new book, and cooking for anyone who wants to join!

Originally from the Seattle area, Randi-Rae relocated to Nashville, TN in 2017 and has been chasing her hair dreams building a salon team and a business she never thought was possible.
She thrives on the connection she makes with her guests, building up their confidence and making everyone that sits in her chair feel like the badass they are! The room is always full of laughter and silly stories. There's never a dull moment with Randi-Rae, that's a promise!
