SALON POLICIES

Cancellations + Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your spot to another guest and keep our schedule running smoothly for everyone.

We understand life happens, but frequent late cancellations or no-shows may result in being moved to walk-in only status. This means future appointments can only be booked the week of your visit, and we're unable to hold reserved appointments further out on the calendar.

No Children, Please

For the safety of the children and relaxation of our guests we do not allow children under the age of 13 into the salon. Children under 13-17 years old need parent permission to receive services.

Policies + Consent Form

A Policies & Consent form is also required prior to receiving any services. This informs you as the guest of our policies as well as protects our stylists.

Salon Etiquette

Please do not bring friends or family to the salon as we have very limited space reserved for guests receiving services only.
Allow proper time for travel and traffic. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, this may result in rescheduling your appointment.

Adjustments

If any adjustments are needed to your cut or color you have one week to contact your stylist or the salon so we can re-shape or adjust color as needed. No refunds are permitted.
