Hello! I’m Sky. A little about me is I grew up in Maine with a love for beauty, fashion, and creativity. That passion led me to attend college at Lindenwood University, where I earned my degree in Fashion and discovered just how much I thrive in creative spaces.
After graduating, I moved to Nashville in 2020 and spent several years working in retail and fast-paced environments that strengthened my love for connecting with people. While I enjoyed the experience, I knew I wanted something more hands-on and fulfilling — something that allowed me to truly impact how women feel about themselves.
In 2025, I made the decision to pivot into cosmetology, and it quickly became clear that this is where I’m meant to be. I love the artistry, the constant growth, and the confidence boost that comes with great hair. Now, as the newest mentee at Melted Salon, I’m excited to refine my craft, embrace every learning opportunity, and help every guest leave feeling confident, elevated, and beautiful.
When I’m not at work, I am enjoying the outdoors whether that be hiking or playing pickle ball! I love to travel and experience new places, I also love to bake and am a huge foodie!

Rooted in integrity and creativity, my journey as a hairstylist began long before I ever stepped into a salon. I grew up surrounded by strong, community-driven women, and found my creative outlet styling their hair for local events. That passion followed me to Ole Miss, where I began styling friends for formals and realized this was much more than just a hobby.
After living in Illinois, Kentucky, and Mississippi, I’ve found my home here. Tennessee is a place rich in music, art, and authenticity that mirrors what I value most in my work. I believe hairstyling is about more than appearance; it’s about connection, confidence, and creating something lasting.
When I’m not behind the chair, I’m probably on the road, in the woods, or knee-deep in some project I swore I’d “just do real quick.” Whether I’m styling hair or building something from the ground up, I put the same care and intention into everything I do.

Meredith Burrus | New Talent
Hi! I am a Tennessee native, born and raised an hour south of Franklin. I moved to Nashville in 2016. I’ve been in the corporate world for the past decade, but the beauty industry was always pulling on my heartstrings. I was craving creativity and more genuine connection with people. So with my love for hair and beauty, this was the perfect career change for me. I graduated from Franklin Hair Academy in June 2025. I will be working through the assistant program through February of 2026. I look forward to continuing to learn, grow and perfect my craft.I enjoy meeting new clients, hearing all about their life and sharing a few laughs together all while I pamper them. My goal is to always make you feel your absolute best and to leave Melted with new found confidence and a gorgeous head of hair. I hope every time you step foot in the salon you are so excited for your appointment. There is truly not better feeling than seeing your smiling faces when you see the finished product of your hair.When I’m not behind the chair you’ll find me at brunch with friends, loving on my dog, traveling and spending time with my family.

Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, I moved to Nashville in 2018 to attend Belmont University. It wasn’t until a couple years after college that I rekindled my love for hair. I worked in a salon for many years throughout high school and always loved the atmosphere and the way people felt when they came in to see us. I’ve always had a passion for hair, makeup and fashion and I’m thrilled to get to make my career out of it!
I have had many jobs since getting my business degree, and what I was always looking for was the opportunity to help people feel good about themselves. I strive to leave my clients feeling confident!
Outside of the salon, you can find me baking a killer banana bread, trying new local restaurants or hearing some friends play live country music!
I can’t wait to create luxury experiences for each of my clients and I look forward to seeing you in my chair soon!

Being a second generation stylist from southeastern Missouri, doing hair has always been a passion of mine! I moved to Nashville in 2021 to chase my dreams of becoming a luxury hairstylist.
While I specialize in blonding and extensions, I take priority in continuing my education to keep up with the fast paced industry and trends. I love learning new techniques, formulations, and styles.
When I am not in the salon I love exploring all that music city has to offer. From concerts and live music to trying the endless amounts of new restaurants and amazing shopping. I am so happy to call Nashville home!
Even though I am now in the big city, I make sure to prioritize my family back in Missouri. Going back as often as I can to spend time with them.

A Nashville native, Ashley has dreamed of doing hair since she was a kid, even signing to hair school at just 15. She specializes in lived-in blondes and hand-tied extensions, creating effortless, confident looks while always keeping hair health a top priority.
Ashley is passionate about helping clients feel beautiful from the inside out and mentoring the next generation of stylists through the salon’s mentorship program. She believes great hair starts with education, artistry, and genuine connection.

Originally from the Seattle area, Randi-Rae relocated to Nashville, TN in 2017 and has been chasing her hair dreams building a salon team and a business she never thought was possible.
She thrives on the connection she makes with her guests, building up their confidence and making everyone that sits in her chair feel like the badass they are! The room is always full of laughter and silly stories. There's never a dull moment with Randi-Rae, that's a promise!
